At Smiling People, we cater to the needs of individuals experiencing different types of physical impairments. We are based in Perth, WA, and manage individuals starting from 5-year-olds to those in their twilight years. We have a team of multicultural and diverse staff proficient in various languages. So, no matter the background from which you belong, if you need professionals who can support you with compassion, you are at the right place.

We assist NDIS participants as well as those experiencing physical and mental impairments. We coordinate with them to develop individualised care plans, and we follow them to make the support services effective. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Our compassionate staff will assist you with socialising with others and participating in various group activities. Besides, our innovative approach will help develop career-related skills.

Asst Travel Transport

Whether you are a participant or an individual with mobility restrictions and require assistance with travel and transport in whole of Perth

Asst Life Stage Transition

Our support staff will help you transition to NDIS and help develop the skills with which you can adjust to your selected plan as a participant

Development Life Skills

With the assistance of our staff, you will be able to develop various life skills needed to accomplish personal and household tasks when you are living independently

Asst Personal Activities

We will help you accomplish various personal tasks such as showering, toileting, hygiene maintenance, moving with your aids, etc. for your convenience.

Household Tasks

We will assist you with various household tasks such as gardening, yard maintenance, organising your home and others so that you can live comfortably

Group/Centre Activities

Our support workers will assist you in participating in all types of group and centre activities in your community to help improve your physical and mental well-being

How We Work - Our Process

We make it easy for participants and support coordinators to get started:

Initial Contact - You or your coordinator can call, email, or complete our referral form.
Consultation - We discuss your needs, preferences, and goals.
Service Agreement - We outline services, schedules, and responsibilities.
Service Commencement - Support begins, often within 48 hours of approval.
Ongoing Review - We check in regularly to ensure your supports continue to meet your needs.
