Been with Smiling People for about 7 months now for my NDIS supports and honestly, so happy with how it’s all going. The staff are proper experienced, been in the industry for years, and you can really tell. Big shoutout to Amrit for the support coordination she’s spot on, really gets what I need and makes sure everything’s tailored to suit me, not just a one-size-fits-all deal. I honestly can’t find words to express how kind, caring, friendly, loving – efficient and professional Smiling People’s staff are. Smiling People have helped our Daughter for several months now. They have made such a difference in her life as she battles serious illness. They have warmed our hearts. I would love to name two young ladies in particular, Bikram and Rashika who provide personal care in a way I wouldn’t have thought possible. Their knowledge in a practical sense is 100% but it is the beautiful manner in which they administer it that touches our hearts. It is obvious this starts at the top with Amrita, Smiling People’s Managing Director.
